Suzanne is the nicest lady. She took so much time to help me understand about getting a lace front wig. I really enjoyed the time that I spent with her. This is definitely going to be my go to shop for wigs and hair supplies. They are courteous and knowledgeable. Check them out first.

Literally sold me something that was broke and refuse to exchange it since I couldn’t inconvenience myself in going back to the store before the exchange period. Of my item worked I wouldn’t not I shouldn’t have had to return to the store. We support you by spending our money at your establishment but you cannot be decent enough to EXCHANGE an item that you sold broken. Which isn’t my fault nor in my control. Sad ..

they have very nice stuff but the employees are so rude!! they will speak about u in spanish, unaware u know their language, they give dirty looks, and even say stuff to ur face. this review isn’t fake, i come in all the time because i live near. i’m big on beauty. but, the employees do speak spanish and they’re unaware when u understand it. i’m not a review of their “competitor” like they say to every bad review, they can’t accept when people call them out for bad customer service .

One of the best beauty supply stores in the area!!! The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Being a Naturalista and coming from Atlanta, it's hard to find some of my favs without ordering online. Yet, Glamour carries a little bit of everything. If they don't have it, the owner Joe is willing to order it if you let him know. Excellent customer service in my book. I will DEFINITELY be back! P.S. they give out the best hair samples as a FREE gift when you check-out.

Buying hair for the first time is very challenging. The owner was most thoughtful and professional person I've encountered in years. She made me feel comfortable. And I will be back. They have alot of products to choose from and prices for everyone's budget.
