I made an appointment for a haircut and drove an hour to get there. While I didn’t expect to be seen immediately, I never imagined I’d be waiting an hour and a half especially after their assistant had already washed my hair. The wash itself was done nicely, but after that, I was left sitting in the cold room with soaking wet hair for 40 minutes, which was incredibly uncomfortable. What made things worse was watching the stylist take in two walk-ins during that time, despite knowing I had been waiting and already had my hair washed. It felt like my time was not valued at all. I had clearly stated, more than once, that I only wanted a simple haircut without styling, which they said would be $30-35. But after all that waiting, the stylist went ahead and styled my hair anyway without asking

If you're not Spanish, I would strongly suggest not going there. I was waiting for service and no one walked up to me and acknowledged me. Not if I needed help, not of my appointment was cancelled, nothing at all. It's crazy because I have a business and could never imagine this!

Did a walk in, they started immediately and absolutely aced it. I have fairly curly hair, and they did a stellar job getting what I wanted, as well as making it look amazing. Thank you :)

I visited this salon for first time I am Indian. The guy name wuillian he cut my hair the way i explain him. he is best i can say. Love the way he cut the hair and his service. Very nice and polite people. Thank you wuillian for a beautiful hair cut. i can suggest They are better than Indian saloon very good price and very good service.

I made an appointment to have my hair cut. My hair is shirt and I just wanted it cut shorter. This place is around the corner from my house. Made the appointment a week earlier. When I got there, they looked at my face...brown, and said oh, she is not here. Totally unprofessional. I called Malogro's in New Brunswick and went there the sama day, beautiful cut, great people. I will never go to Greenbrook road beauty center and will not recommend.
