I went yesterday 2/15/26 to get lashes. The lash work is ok. The reason for my post is mainly the customer service. The lady's body language & tone of voice came off like she was annoyed that I was there. Her whole aura came off as if she hates her job & didnt want me to be there. That right off the back made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, while she was doing my lashes she was coughing & stopped to take a phone call about her several prescription medications from a pharmacy. Soon after another customer came in for eyebrow threading. She gave me a mini fan to hold towards my face to dry the lash glue & left me like that while she completed the other customers service from start to finish. I’ve been coming here since I moved to San Antonio a few months ago and I have loved EVERY single visit till now. I understand it was about 45 minutes till closing. There was only one worker at the time and although they were doing a great job getting to every customer, their attitude wasn’t. They repeatedly kept hurrying every customer to the chair and saying things like “I’m trying to finish by 7:30 that’s when we close.” The service itself was rushed and I was worried my brows weren’t going to look nice. Luckily they did, but it hurt a bit more as the process was rushed and they didn’t completely wipe away the excess hair with the soothing tissue so it felt a bit more on the raw side.
