Glam-U Threading Salon

The salon is nice and clean, the technician is very friendly and acknowledged; the service prices are reasonable. Swati did a wonderful job: Brazilian was excellent, but some areas on my legs were not clean well. So four stars and one for improvement 👍 The entrance to the parking lot is a little bit tricky, it will be helpful to put a sign for future customers.

Swati was a nice woman, but clearly unprofessional in the realm of lash lifting and tinting. Was messy, didn’t explain things, wish I read the labels, used tissues instead of nice cotton cloths or something that’s relieving, I told her the blue liquids used to clean was burning but she dismissed it. Owner didn’t answer my questions on what liquid was used. Owner didn’t pay for my medical appt., but refunded me the Groupon. Below are pictures after 24 hours, the burning was unreal and I had to call out of work for two days. Don’t go here for lash lifting. Swati does great with eyebrows but she also did cut me and left me with scabs from the threading. Very rough.

My first time at Glam-u and I will definitely return. My service was a Brazilian wax. Swami was delicate, compassionate and always concerned with the feelings of the client . It was pain free. Swati method of helping you forget the pain , concentrated on her client. Engaging in conversation !!!! The Best!!!!

Swati was amazing! I’m so glad I found this place - coming from Summit there aren’t many eyebrow threading spots and this one was great. Not everyone gets it right usually, but I Love the shape of my brows!

Today was my first time at Glam-U for a full body wax and all I can say is Swati was AMAZING-she made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to her without hesitation.
