Glam Studio by Malerie

I absolutely love my brows every single time I leave Malerie’s studio. The way she maps them out is so precise and intentional, there’s a consistency in how beautifully they come out at each appointment. You can tell she really understands face shape and detail. Malerie herself is so gentle, pleasant, and easygoing. She creates such a comfortable, welcoming space that makes the whole experience relaxing. I also love how close the studio is to home and the aesthetic is gorgeous. Highly recommend if you’re looking for brows done right every time!

Poor customer service, Scheduled a appointment and provided DEPOSIT (My understanding Deposits are kept when appointments are canceled) I canceled last minute due to a Family Emergency and was totally okay with her keeping the Deposit. Now how the hell she telling me "I won't service you anymore" like Girl that's why the Deposit is there, You keep it and continue with your merry day!! I wouldn't want services from a inconsiderate business owner with that attitude.. Now keep the little "$40" and loose a Good customer !!

Today I took Malerie’s glam makeup class for beginners and it was much appreciated, I learned so much more than I thought I knew. She was very informative, she had a makeup manual for each of us and a makeup box of makeup to use in class and take home to practice and that was so nice! The manual has step by step process beginning to end for a glam look from skincare to the application process, it also has visuals of recommended products which I appreciate. Besides all those great things she did an amazing job explaining things and being hands on when we needed the help. I loved that she offered this class because I’m a hands on and visual person and needed someone face to face to guide me. It was also nice being around other ladies with the same interest & learning together. Thank you Mal

Malerie was so great!! I was shocked by how quickly she finished my set. They look so good. She did a great job matching the set to my eye shape too.

Very inconsiderate. Was okay to Reschedule when she was not “Feeling Well” but when I had to cancel due to unexpected situations out of my control (We are humans), She wants to Refuse future services. When truth is she gets to keep 100% of service Price… Which means she Reschedules when it’s CONVENIENT for her but doesn’t care about her customers and gives them attitude when customers have to Cancel or Reschedule. No one wants to get service from someone who is inconsiderate and money hungry!
