I have deep respect for stylists because I know how hard the job is, but because of my background, I also know when a shop is being run unprofessionally. Upon arrival, I discovered a massive language barrier. Fiordaliza is undoubtedly the best stylist I've ever had at this salon! Over the past few years, I’ve visited three other stylists, but none compare to the skill and expertise that she brings to the table. Every appointment with her is a great experience, and I genuinely appreciate her ability to understand exactly what I want for my hair. While I do notice the lively chatter in the salon, it doesn’t distract me at all. I find that it's just part of the ambiance, and as long as my hair comes out looking fantastic, I am completely content. Even after moving further away and having to travel two hours to get there, I still continued to come because I trusted their work. Up until now, I never had any major complaints—just minor issues here and there. However, after my recent experience, I will never be returning. On March 4, I got a pedicure and specifically requested acrylic on my big toes. Instead, my nail tech used polygel without informing me. Love this place they use good products here i had my nails done here for my wedding last month and they lasted me whole month and now i just had them do SNS on my real nails and they look awesome make your appointment ahead of time and they will text you confirming the time and reminders which i know i always need!
