HORRIBLE EXPERIECE and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very excited to finally take the plunge and cut my hair short into a sleek and chic hairstyle. I found glam Haven, and Euphrates on Instagram and based on the pictures and comments it seemed as though she would be a good fit for what I was looking for. She was flexible with scheduling my appointment as I changed the time with her a few times. I did appreciate that. Today - the day of my appointment -, I felt uncomfortable from the second I walked in, but tried to overlook the condition of the location and venue . If I were to receive an awesome haircut from a professional, I thought "ok, it will be worth it". I'm all for not "judging a book by its cover ". Mone was extremely unprofessional. My hair didn’t even last a week. She rushed, she burned me several times, she was late and I told her via text I wanted a trim then she said she wouldn’t have time. Tried to make conversation and she said was pretty bland and rude.
