Ok I’m obsessed with Lexie I cannot say enough amazing things about her!!! I’ve been going to different places for so long trying to get a specific look, and nobody ever seemed to get it quite right…until now. From the moment I sat in her chair, she actually listened to what I wanted and understood the exact style I’ve been striving for all this time. She absolutely nailed it. My lashes are full, perfectly shaped, and exactly the look I’ve been trying to achieve for years. The attention to detail, the precision, and the care she puts into her work really show. Not only do they look incredible, but they also feel comfortable and last so well. After being a client for 20 months, I got sick and let her know about 5 am I couldn't make it in for 8 am appt. I always made my appts and was there 2 x's a month and some months more. I would think that after loyalty and consistency that I would not be charged for a cancelation for being sick. I understand and support women business owners. I made it a point to call even if I was running late. I respect peoples time. But to charge customers for being sick, and be penalized. So, I will never return to Halley's business. I would never recommend this place either. I also made a specific request for certain eyelashes. It took 19 months to get the eyelashes. When I asked her why it took so long for me to get the eyelashes that I requested, she laughed. Very unprofessional.

My 3rd visit. I got a enzyme facial. It was relaxing and Natalie was professional and very skilled. Natalie and Bev are some of the nicest people I've meet in awhile. I'm definitely going to schedule more! 4/5, 4th visit. Everyone is so nice and once again Natalie did a great job on my nails. 6/12. Natalie did a great job as always. 7/26. Excellent experience with the hairstylist and the eye lash specialist. welcoming smile with the front desk and very helpful when I telephoned. They were able to fit me in and I would highly recommend them. It’s a very professional and clean SPA.

Disappointed and Disheartened – Not the Experience I Hoped For I was excited to try this head spa after seeing it featured on Instagram. When I saw they had a location in my hometown, I chose to support local rather than traveling into Pittsburgh. Booking the appointment online was easy, and I appreciated the option to add on services. I selected a 45-minute head spa ($75), along with a 15-minute sauna, a foot massage, and a shoulder/neck massage. Unfortunately, the experience from the moment I arrived left much to be desired.
