Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I’ve been searching for a new hair salon, and after passing this location regularly on my way home, I finally had a moment to stop in and learn more. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. When I walked in, the only person present was a nail technician seated at the front desk. She looked me up and down and completely ignored me. I initially gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming another staff member might be available to assist. After waiting several minutes, I approached her and politely asked if they had any business cards I could take. She once again looked me up and down, said nothing, and continued to ignore me.
