Terrible service! I definitely would not recommend. Let me remind you that this hair is expensive. I placed my order with this company due to one of friends told me that she purchased from them and the hair was nice. I received a confirmation that my hair was ready for pickup. There business hours is listed on the website. I drove all the way to the location in Atlanta to pick up my hair and no one is there,I was off from work this day and the hours on the door are the exact same hours as stated in my confirmation email and the website. I get there at 5:00 they are open until 6:00pm. Calling no answer, go to the door, no answer so my daughter went to social media to see if there's another way to contact them. Stop selling fake hair! This hair is not as real, raw, and unprocessed as they advertise. This is just really good floor hair. They mention the hair can be dyed and highlighted eh no because why is the hair LITERALLY melting!?! My stylist couldn’t even finish because the hair was basically ruined while just dyeing it and we had to buy from someone else for my appointment which leaves me out $1000 since they don’t do refunds or exchanges🙄. Pathetic

I recently took the plunge and purchased bundles from the Hair Company and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Initially I was a bit skeptical due to the hefty price tag but I was determined to get the look I wanted for an event the following day. After I placed my order, I expected the bundles to arrive in 5-7 business days, not taking into account the fact that Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. I had trouble with the ID Verification process which slowed down the shipping and was feeling quite stressed but when I saw that I could contact someone directly through their website. Evan is an absolute delight! I flew all the way from Oregon for her services and she did not disappoint whatsoever! She’s so very kind and extremely professional. One thing that stood out to me is how honest she was with giving her opinions on the styling options. I heard her be honest with every customer on what would be best for them rather than what she could profit off of the most. The hair quality she provides is outstanding and naturally beautiful. She’s got great character and I’m definitely going to be a longtime client!!

OMG!! Words can not explain how satisfied and pleased I was with my hair and my daughters hair. Evan was very professional, experienced but most of all respectful and kind. My daughter and I were in my sisters wedding, we told her exactly what we wanted and SHE SLAYED and DELIVERED. I would definitely recommend her for all your haircare needs. We also purchased good quality no shedding hair from her which was amazing! Thanks Evan
