I had a great experience here. As someone traveling, I was nervous to try a salon out of town. And I was a little concerned about the current review rating. I'm glad I gave this place a shot! I had a full set of powder dip extensions removed and gelx put over my natural nails. The tech took her time, preserved my nails that were slightly damaged and thin, and the results were wonderful. I truly appreciate her diligence, especially since I was a walk-in! Price was great, too!!

This nail salon was by far the worst experience I’ve had. For starters all of my nails are different shapes and colors. I asked for hard gel nail and this what I got. Secondly, my nail broke literally 1 day 1/2 after getting them done. When I went in, to get it fixed they tried to charge me 5.00 for a broken nail and said if it was chipped polish then it would be free, but a broken nail is my fault. Which is crazy because my nail literally broke while picking up a light bag. I never hit something hard, or picked up something heavy. But the lady in there said that I hit something hard with my nails so that’s why it broke. Every single nail on my fingers are different shapes, one is thicker than the other. The girl Tamiana did not do a good job and I don’t appreciate the way I was handled.

Horrible job by Lynn. She seemed to be very edgy, irritable, and angry. She nipped my skin three times and never apologized. She was also talking about me and other people the entire time. I understand Vietnamese, so I know exactly what was being said. Very disappointing experience.

This was my first visit to this salon, and I decided to try it based on decent reviews and me being in the area at the time. I got a simple gel manicure and pedicure. While the nail tech was finishing filing my toenails, she handed me the color book to choose my polish. However, another tech took the book away from me to give to a customer who had just walked in, even though I wasn’t finished selecting my color and stated it and was visibly annoyed that she was rushing me. This was very unfair and rude, as it was clear they prioritized the other customer over me. To make matters worse, my gel manicure started chipping after just four days and completely peeled half way off within a week and a half. When I called the salon to discuss it and asked if they could fix it for at least half off,
