I often go here, to get a wash and blow dry sometimes a dobbie . A regular dobbie runs about $30 a wash blow out runs $50 . Even if you wash and condition they charge $50 to blow dry, I think that's a little steep . The customer service is always good.

I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I paid $45 for a doobie, and honestly, everything she did to my hair, I could’ve done myself in my room. It felt rushed, lazy, and unprofessional. My hair is still coily at the top, I still have knots, and she barely flat-ironed it. It honestly felt like my sister did it, not a professional. I also couldn’t help but feel like if I was Spanish, I would’ve gotten better service. The vibe was off, and there was definitely a bias. For what I paid, I expected real effort and care—not to leave feeling like I wasted my time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you have coarse, natural hair or if you’re looking to be treated equally. I will not be coming back here.

The first time I went the service was beautiful. The lady seemed like an older woman (middle aged) & I think she was the store owner. Everything about the service was perfect from the washing to the blowout. I went again maybe 2 months later expecting the same lady to be there because last time it was only her. Nope this time was a younger woman maybe in her 20’s and from what I’ve gathered from the rest of these reviews was probably her daughter. I got the same thing as last time a wash and blowout but this time my hair was ugly. To some it probably wasn’t that bad but definitely wasn’t bone straight like last time or as silky. It seemed like this lady was rushing and on top of that cut layers in my hair! I didn’t find out until I got home because she said she was giving me a small trim

I was going here for about 4-5 years and never had a problem until today on Tuesday may 2 , 2024 when I went.I got my earrings stolen for me by another customer. Mind you, those earrings were given to me by my grandmother before she passed on from breast cancer. Had to call the police in to see about the matter. im so hart broken i will never go back here.Cause you will get your stuff stolen.

They definitely put some sort of a relaxer in their products. That and the od use of heat. My hair is so damaged after one visit. It was perfectly fine and healthy when I walked in. It was just to be blown out. I almost cried when I went to wash it after visiting them. My curl is loose to non existent. My edges are bone straight when air dried. There’s continued breakage. And my poor ends are bushy. That and the service was rushed so that they could close the shop before rush hr traffic. Words can’t express how much I regret going here.
