Glade Spring Spa

My husband and I booked spa treatments on 02/28, and the massage and the facilities were amazing. However, when my husband was inquiring about if it was time to go back for his red light therapy since I had just finished mine and ours were staggered after another, he was subsequently yelled at and in a rude tone by Zaley at the front desk that "she would come get him". Rather than explain respectfully and calmly as should be done in a spa, she was very rude. My husband and I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. Because of this, he was not able to enjoy his red light therapy or the rest of the spa after the treatment because he was so upset by the disrespect shown to him. I had a massage and red light therapy session here, and both services were genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the front desk experience ruined it for me. The employee, Zaily, spoke to me in a raised and irritated tone when I had difficulty hearing and asked her to repeat herself. I addressed it calmly, and while she said she didn’t mean to be rude, there was no apology or real acknowledgment. The interaction was then brushed off as if it wasn’t a big deal. Customer service matters just as much as the treatment itself. Because of how this was handled, I won’t be returning.

🌿 The Ultimate Parent Escape at Glade Springs Spa! 🌿 My husband and I snuck away to Glade Springs Spa at Suncadia while the kids were with a friend — and let me tell you, it was the best decision we’ve made in a long time. The relaxation area was incredible. Calm, cozy, and so quiet we almost forgot what real life sounds like. We could’ve stayed curled up in those chairs forever. The hot springs soaking spas were the cherry on top — warm, peaceful, and the perfect way to loosen up before our massages. Especially loved the ladies only area. And speaking of massages… Shantay is a MAGICIAN. We had back-to-back appointments with her, and both walked out in a state of pure bliss. The hot and cold stone massage was one hour. It was $250.00(x2) plus an automatic 20% gratuity. I personally think that should be left to the paying customer at the point of sale. It was not as relaxing as I had hoped. I had a gift certificate so I thought this would be a nice way to celebrate an early valentine's. It was a little disappointing I couldn't be in the same room as my husband, but it was not that big of a deal. The flow of the massage was not smooth, a bit clunky. In comparison to the Post Hotel.... the Post for sure wins! We did visit swiftwater cellars for a wonderful meal.

This Spa was amazing!! My husband surprised me to a Spa day and facial. This place was beautiful and so relaxing and I had the Wellness 80 min facial and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the girl i had was Alexis and she did an amazing job. I cant wait to come back.
