This is the best salon ever!!! I had the pleasure to have Elizabeth work on my hair, the staff is so polite and make you feel welcomed. Elizabeth explained what she was applying to my hair and talked me thru every step, she gave me advice how to properly take care of my wavy hair. She did a beautiful balayage and haircut on me. I got a toner and gloss and my hair has never been this soft, pictures don’t do it justice! I’m so happy with how it turned out! Overall the best experience ever, this will be my new favorite salon! Prices are fare, the experience is overall amazing!!

I am emotionally devastated after my hair cut appointment. I went there for face framing long layers and precisely told her I don’t want to cut more than 3 inches . I even showed her couple reference photos on what I am expecting . Since the beginning I felt like she was talking more and not listening to understand my goal . I asked her to confirm if it’s achievable before we started . After the haircut I realized half of my length was chopped off and it’s nothing like what I asked for . When I told her this is much more shorter than what I wanted she said yeah we cut like 6-7 inches casually . I also wanted a middle partition and she insisted I should do side partition : when I said no I wanted to try that look she physically pulled my hair so hard and started forcefully blowing to make m

Absolutely wonderful experience with Trey! I was heading to my annual holiday event in Charlotte and needed some life and curl to my hair for this special occasion. It turned out perfect! Salon staff was warm and inviting. Very professional, clean and the house has an awesome vibe. Thank you for everything!

I came here after my coworker recommended it. The young black lady, Jade ??? (behind the front desk) did my hair. Super nice girl, my hair came out not so good. She called the owner because it was after hours at that point, she “fixed the color” rushed my haircut and said I could come back in a few days if I still didn’t like it. Male owner was super nice about coming in after hours btw. I came back two days later, had to sign a form saying I was ok with them fixing it (something to that effect) and got it re-dyed. Still no. I did pay full price because she technically did color my hair, I even waited a while to make this post in case the color grew on me. It did not. That was a very expensive bad dye job.

I visited Gisoo Salon for the first time, and as soon as we arrived, I noticed it’s an Aveda concept salon — I’m a big fan of Aveda products, so that was a great start! They also have plenty of parking in the back, which is super convenient. We made our reservation over the phone, and the customer service was excellent from the beginning. When we entered, we were greeted warmly and even offered tea and water. The stylists were friendly and professional, and while washing my hair, they gave a wonderfully relaxing massage. My stylist recommended a haircut and style that really suited me, and she did an amazing job. I’ve already started recommending Gisoo Salon to all my friends!
