Honestly, Gisela is one of the nicest people I’ve met and her immediate hospitality made me feel right at home when I was getting my hair done. The only issue I had was the hairstyle being slightly off the picture I asked for and that the parts weren’t too straight. The price I paid was pretty high for my hairstyle. However, I’m still happy with what I got and I am appreciative of Gisela’s services.

Gisela is incredibly quick, efficient, and professional; she truly knows her craft and didn't waste a moment of our time. Gisela is a Godsend! Super kind, attentive, and fast. She did what so many other beauticians wouldn't or couldn't do for me. She retwisted my locs and braided my natural hair that I had been growing out. I'll definitely be going back. She had a huge book full of styles available for many hair types too, but I already knew what I wanted. Word to the wise Gisela's shop is old school, down to earth, like getting your hair braided at a good friend's in-house shop. Sometimes her adorable little son is there. The young lady was very kind and respectful, but her shop is really not up to par! It's not professionally ran or set up, and she has no price list or a book of hair designs to offer the clients. She quotes $150.00 for every style that I inquired about, and wanted a money retainer for a time set, and she has plenty of hair for sale for "double" the price you'd pay at Cocos Hair Supply😅! She also has a small child running around not dressed properly and it's not a place for a child to be, especially when she's doing your hair. It's very irritating to be sitting in a chair trying to get your hair done with a small child crying and running around in the background, so for future reference...
