I loved going to GIO overtime, I started looking forward to the appointments as if I was going to the salon back in the day for girls talk and snacks. But honestly as much as I loved going to the salon it was not worth the constant disrespect. There has not been one appointment that started or ended on time. I struggled at lot about keeping her as a stylist because she’s good at what she’s does but again at what expense, nasty attitude, nasty tone, pay before service, on the phone constantly to the point it delayed the service all without any remorse or consideration for the client at all in her seat. Most recent I booked her for my graduation pics, my appointment was at 2pm she texted me at the 2:04pm she’s dealing with an emergency. I understand plus she’s always late so given! I waited

I was asked to leave a review by her when I first started seeing her but I wanted to wait because she kept on insisting I paid before the service and her attitude was always iffy. Sure enough after seeing her for a couple of months she displayed her character. I saw the miss treatments of other clients and other staff around but I tried to mind my business which I shouldn’t have. Worst experience of my life. I tried her 3 times and each time I never experienced anything like it except I was new to the area so I didn’t know who else to go to. She’s never on time and she makes you prepay the e tier service. She put hair extensions in that all fell out in under 14 days. She told me I wasn’t allowed to ask questions while she was doing my hair . When I paid for her to curl my hair she said “asking me to do favors this early “ (it was 1130 am and again I paid for it) Because she was so late for the installation of the hair extensions she never layered my hair or took her time. I came back a third time and paid ONCE AGAIN. She was late again she said she “ran to the store” as I saw her come back with food once again as I prepaid and just sat there. She’s highly disrespe

This stylist was very rude to me from the moment I walked in the door, as if she had a personal issue with me… This was the most awkward hair appointment I’ve ever had. Maybe she was having a bad day and taking it out on me, but I could’ve done without the eye rolling and condescending tone and the laughing at my styling questions. The relaxed she did was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend her services due to lack of customer service.

She did a great job cutting my hair after much damage. Hopefully now it can grow back healthy again. My silk press was done very well too!
