I wanted someone who could give me a better version of myself, and I got that and more!! Corie did a full color, highlight, cut and blow dry. She presented herself with kindness, knowledge and great customer service.Explaining each step of the process.I am now a forever client fof Corie and look forward to many more return appointments with her!! This was my first visit to Giovanni and I had the pleasure of having Corey as my stylist. Corey was recommended to me by the owner when I asked for a stylist who could do a good pixie. When I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed warmly by Corey who then proceeded to ask me what I was looking to do. My hair is already a pixie style but it needed a good touch up as it was starting to look more like a helmet than an pixie. Corey and I discussed how short I wanted to go, how I liked the top etc and she was very thorough and committed to making sure I liked what she was doing. I also enjoyed chatting with Corey about her three sons. While this was my 1st visit, it won't be my last. I really appreciated the customer focus I received and the style as well. Thank you.

My first time at Giovanni’s I had an amazing hair stylist Mariella! It was my first time getting highlights and a cut at a salon in Buffalo after moving here and she was so attentive! It took a while because I have thick and long hair, but she was so patient and I absolutely love my hair now. So glad I have an amazing stylist that I can trust and count on!

Made an appointment only to arrive for the appointment and they tell me they don’t have enough time for what I asked for …. That was the whole point of making an appointment. It also was a trim a blowout and flat iron … nothing crazy time consuming! I won’t be back

First time I went to Giovanni's the stylist was great and I was very happy with my cut. SECOND TIME....Had a "trim" by a Mariella. Worst, no skill stylist ever! Barely clipped off any hair...she had to ask the stylist next to her if she "should cut this piece"!? Why is she even working in a salon being that unskilled?! I was still charged $28 for nothing!
