Be careful what you buy especially non-refundable hair or wigs. Cheap wigs can be a hit or miss. Overall, customer service was pretty friendly. Overall I'm happy I've found them! Everything is budget friendly

They will deceptively advertise a 30% sale on wigs and refuse to take down the misleading sign. As background information, they have a sign that said 30% off wigs posted on the mirror next to their wigs. Then when you go to purchase, suddenly that discount does not apply to the wig you’ve chosen. The sign simply says “30% off wigs”. This is clearly false, misleading, and deceptive advertising. They also will not provide the information to contact a manager or owner. STEER CLEAR! They just want to steal your money and refuse to honor their posted discounts. The staff is kind but completely inept. I would not return and I would advise others to save their gas. Edited to add: Spoke to a manager or owner who was incredibly dismissive, and was annoyed to deal with the issue. She also hung up
