I have shopped at this place for years. I recently went in to make a purchase and used a visa credit card. The lady would not accept my card because my name was not on it . I have not only used this visa card at that store but I use it everywhere I shop problem free. I realize the reason is because of fraudulent people but the fact is I have been shopping there for more than eight years problem free. I will NOT be back!!!!! You have lost a good customer

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE- This place gets zero stars. I was there the day before and I asked the owner about a pack of hair. He told me I couldn't open it to see what I was getting, I went on ahead and bought it. At home, When I took it out of the pack and started finger combing it, the hair turned into a big tangled birds nest. So I did what anyone else would do… I brought the hair back the next day, and the owner was not willing to accommodate me. He laughed and said that was the quality of hair I chose. I understood the return policy and requested a store credit or an exchange. He was still unwilling to accommodate me because he said I ruined the hair. You sold me a faulty product, you still have my money and I have nothing... I will never buy anything from this place again.

I just received the worst service. The woman working the counter told me that I can’t touch the hair before purchase. Keep in mind the bundle was $115 for 1….why wouldn’t I want to feel the hair?? These people don’t like us and we need to stop giving them out money. Someone point me to a black owned beauty supply ASAP. I’ll never give them a dime again. That’s crazy because I used to always come here, it’s my neighborhood beauty store.

The two Korean ladies seemed a bit rude when I walked in with my dog. She told me I have to hold my dog. I think she hinted that dog weren't allow. I was looking for two items be in and out. I felt like they were trying rush me out the store. Their energy was really off and rude/ stand-offish. They should a bit of attitude. I bet if I was white or another Asian they would of treated me differently. Plus it's was raining I forgot my umbrella just wanted to buy what I need but I shouldn't feel like I'm being rush out of the store. They weren't welcoming at all. When I was about to leave they said something. I will not be returning to that store again. It's bad enough that most Asian hate Black people. The Beauty supply store on Livernois is a bit more welcoming and nicer.
