I’ve never written a negative review in my life. This place was the worst. Came here with my boyfriend for a couples massage and they kept pushing us to purchase extra services to tack on the price. During the entire massage his alarm kept going off and he kept stepping out of the room to take calls and work the front desk which means I didn’t get the full service time we paid for. At the end they demanded us to give them a tip. I gave them 20% (pretty generous for the shitty service we got) and the lady came back with an attitude and told us to give her more! Who does that??? This place is a scam! One of the worst places I’ve been to in my life. Please don’t come here believe the other negative reviews

This was the worse experience I have ever encountered getting a massage. I will always tip when service providers go above and beyond - during my couples massage, one dude had a stuffy nose and he seemed sick which was not relaxing lol it was annoying and I felt so stressed for my guy. He also would only massage my boyfriend with one hand while he texted people back. The gentleman massaging me had his cell phone ringing and then would also take calls. It’s loud here, you can hear other conversations and wasn’t relaxing either. We bought a massage with hot stones but then they tried to upsell us mid massage for $10 hot stone each and told us we had knots lololol so ofc I was like sure let me pay for something I already was supposed to get. I tried to book for 5 people this morning. The man who answered seemed able to accommodate us until I told him they were all vouchers. He said they wouldn’t make any money and why would we buy couple massages instead of individual! I told him they were Christmas gifts. He proceeded to not make me an appointment and tell me we couldn’t book on the weekend because he had other customers. I’m not sure why they give an option to buy vouchers if they won’t redeem them. Definitely would not recommend.

Please listen to other reviews!! My partner and I wanted a massage. So I called in they had availability which was great. When we went in the front desk guy had a bit of a snappy attitude. Not only with me but the clients prior. So we pay and go to the back the massage was ok. I've had my fair share and I'd say this was my least liked one. The girl never asked for pressure wise how I'd like. I told her can I have more pressure. Which she did. But when it came to technique for my experience it was mid. Massage envy has licensed massage therapist and let's just say you can tell the difference. By no means was it horrible it was good but not what I expected. Went with my GF to get a massage and since we walk in, the guy at the front gave us attitude and also to other costumers. The massage wasn't the best, way below my expectations. Left a 15% tip at the bed were we got the massage. When I went to the front to pay extra for the hot stones, the ladies came out demanding more tip because according to them, they deserve more. I didn't wanted to be rude and end up leaving 25% tip for the low quality massage. NEVER GOING BACK!
