GiGi Nails Spa

Have been here before no problems, this last time was honestly a really good experience, minus the flowers. Just wanted a few small white flower and yellow center and this is… what I got? I actually laughed because I was so surprised. I’ll probably be back here because the pedicure itself was actually really good but I guess won’t do anything special this time.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon and Lee! As someone who can be quite picky about my nails, Lee amazes me every single time. She takes the designs I give her and elevates them far beyond my expectations. Every step of the way, she makes sure I am happy. Lee has gone out of her way to problem-solve and ensure I leave with a smile on my face. The other techs are so kind as well and I am always greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome! I would recommend this place over and over again.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a nail shop! Not only did we have to spend 4 HOURS there getting 2 pedicures and 2 fills but they all had serious attitude problems. Wish I could remember the name of the girl who did my nails. She was awful, her attitude was ridiculous. None of my nails were even and they were so thick I had to use toe nail clippers to cut them off. Completely ruined my nails. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Tony is always a master with my nails and really takes his time with his craft. Always down to learn new things if you ask. Would highly highly recommend!!!

I went in for a French manicure. My nails were not extremely long but definitely long enough to do it. I asked them to be thin squared with rounded edges. When I question for them to be thinner he got up got the owner he walked away and someone else started doing them. When I was done there was white dip or acrylic dust all in my nails. Both managers or owners admitted they could see it. They knew I was on my lunch hour which had already been extended due to the fact that he had messed up one of the nails the first time. They offered to redo them. I stated I worked across the street and that it was convenient to go to. It was only my second time there.
