Gigi Glam Box

Los creations ruined my birthday, wasted my money and time. Blamed me for her poor job refused to offer even a partial refund. Unfortunately she works in this shops and based off that I will never go back or recommend it to anyone! Day2 day 3 and day 4 All progressively worse! Day 5 it was removed! Poor customer experience, poor work ethic, lack of ownership or accountability!

All my wigs and Bundles are from Gigi’s glam box, the service is excellent they are equip with many textures from Mongolian Water wave Peruvian, Malaysian curly, Brazilian straight, you name it they have it. I have about 4 units and they are all still in great condition, my oldest unit is 3 years old!! And I still get compliments on it. Ladies if you want great service, great hair and great prices I highly recommend this place.

Every wig I own is from Gigi Glambox... I love everything about their hair. I've had my oldest wig going on 3 yrs now... I can't wait to try their clip ins next... O and they can color the hell outta some hair... ladies you will not be disappointed...

Best wig spot in all of New York. Great customer service, very friendly and informative. They Give the best wig care info. Their clip ins are the bomb. Gigi and her team are awesome. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

The qaulity of hair they have is truly disgusting it sheds alot !! I brought a wig from gigi glambox and within one month after babying the unit and trying to keep it alive the hair created a huge bald spot!!! There website promises 2-3 years longevity however that is a lie!!!! They also tried to bleach the knot but ended up creating blond patches in my wig!!! I should have know something was up when the hair was simpley thrown in a usps box without a plastic or anything to protect it !!!!!Ladies save your money
