The owner will not reimburse you if a stylist ruins your hair. She lied about the situation and about me in her reply. She will also ban you from the salon if you complain. Colleen destroyed my hair in less than a few minutes ( 412 people have seen this review on Google) after I'd been growing it out for over a year and wanted it long. She also did not give me the normal like golden blonde color highlights, I normally get it to look more ash color Two years before the April 2 haircut disaster, Aveda’s Damage Remedy product caused severe dryness and breakage in my hair. I used it exactly as instructed—never once warned by your team that it could be overused or cause damage. I had to cut my hair off then, too. That loss was never addressed. I documented that as well in my original materials

I received a text from the salon to share my experience, so here it is! My root touch-up turned out fine, but I have to be honest this wasn’t the experience I expected from a salon like this. My stylist ( Amy )mentioned right away that she didn’t have time to blow dry my hair, which made me feel like she didn’t really want to do my service. When I booked, I was told the appointment was scheduled for two hours and included a blow dry, so that was confusing. I was also left alone for quite a while during processing, and there wasn’t much conversation unless I initiated it. She did end up drying my hair at the end, & I left a good tip but overall the experience just felt awkward and not as welcoming as I’d hoped.

My father was really happy with his haircut. The stylist did a great job. He looks so good. I recommended Aveda to him and he was. Very happy with the results. Great haircut. Excellent all around service.

Wow! I was visiting from out of town and just happened upon this salon. I had been neglecting my hair and it was in really bad shape and condition.Della was friendly, Knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to understand my needs and vision. She was professional gentle and pampered me throughout the entire process. Everything from the wash which included a temple massage and a hot towel to the brushing of my hair felt amazing. I had never had anyone be so tender and skilled. In the end, I left with a polished look. My only regret is that I probably won’t be able to go back as I don’t live in the area.

I've been coming to the salon since 2013 it took me many years to find a decent place for a haircut in this town ..on November 1st I showed up it's been a while without a haircut so my hair is thick and long I made an appointment with the new hairstylist "Amy" she was recommended by the front desk so after I explained what I'm looking for and she proceed then In the middle of the haircut she said that my hair is too long it will take a while to cut it .. seems that she was concern about the time and her client of the next hour and not focusing on me, so the results were damaged my hair and extremely disappointed from a specialist
