Visited the salon for the first time and I saw Mary for a Russian manicure. I’ve been getting Russian manicure for 4+ years in nyc and have always wished for somewhere I could go when I’m home in RI. I was so beyond excited to find this salon and even more excited when I saw how perfect their work was. I am extremely particular when it comes to my nails and Mary did such an amazing job. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in RI and would highly recommend the studio to anyone looking for a Russian manicure!! ♥️♥️♥️

Yesterday I unexpectedly had the day off and decided to treat myself to a long-overdue “me day.” I’ve been wanting to get my nails done for a while, but I often leave salons feeling disappointed or not getting what I asked for. I’ve worn acrylics on and off for years, and when I lived in Florida I discovered Russian manicures—which completely changed my standards for quality and technique. Since moving back to Rhode Island, I hadn’t been able to find a place that offered the same level of service… until I came across Gia & Alex Beauty Bar LLC on Instagram. I was searching specifically for Russian manicures and found one of their nail techs’ profiles, which immediately caught my attention. I had such a great experience at this beauty bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was super welcoming and relaxing. The staff was so kind and professional — they made me feel comfortable the whole time. I got my lashes done, and honestly, they turned out perfect! They look natural yet full, exactly how I wanted them. The lash artist took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure I was happy with the result. The service overall was amazing, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work and great customer service. I went in for my first ever brow lamination. Gia and her sister were very nice and professional. It's a beautiful studio. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I loved the way my brows came out, they were looking pretty rough. I'm going to try their nail services next. Can't wait!

I got a Russian manicure with a poly gel overlay with Angie the other day. I will definitely be going back! I LOVE my nails and how elegant they look since Angie was able to do a French tip design with chrome and the Russian manicure was really great at cleaning up my cuticles. I did my research so I knew it was a dry service and wasn’t uncomfortable, but for those trying it out, it is not the same as a regular manicure, which is done with water and softening the cuticles first. As for the salon itself, it was extremely clean and I love the decor they use. While chatting with Angie during the service, I could tell she was extremely knowledgeable about nails and also super friendly. She offered me coffee and a small snack during the service, which was also a nice touch. I’ll definitely be g
