I’ve given this place multiple chances, but unfortunately it’s very hit or miss. I would have given 0 stars if I could. My recent visit was disappointing. Gelila seemed frustrated the entire time and wasn’t focused on my hair at all. The attention to detail just wasn’t there, and it felt rushed and careless. When you’re paying for a service, you expect the barber to be attentive and professional. That wasn’t my experience. Sadly, I won’t be going back.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I booked an appointment expecting professional service, but everything felt rushed and unorganized. The stylist didn’t seem to listen to what I asked for, and the final result was nothing like the reference photos I brought. The cut was uneven, and the styling looked sloppy.

Gilela is amazing! She completely fixed my highlights and added color to prevent dryness and damage. It looks natural and my hair has never looked better. Snow and the rest of the team are wonderful too.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The stylist was rude and pushy about getting a tip. I requested a simple classic blowout, which took only 30 minutes, but was charged over $70 when the listed price for a classic is $30. To make matters worse, my card was charged twice just so they could add a tip. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Edit: The owner responded saying I received a different service but that is incorrect. I only requested a classic blowout, no haircut, and that is exactly what I received. The stylist kept charging my card over and over, trying to force me to add a tip. When I didn’t want to, she rudely told me, “when you blow dry you add tip,” even though my only service was simply a blowout. I’ve also added how many times they attempted to charge my card.

Terrible Experience! unfortunately, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I came in with clear expectations and photos for reference, but the stylist didn’t listen and rushed through the appointment. The cut and color were both far from what I asked for, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. On top of that, the service felt impersonal and the environment wasn’t welcoming. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
