The only reason this store is getting at least a 2 rating is due to the vast variety of products they have, fairly reasonable pricing, and there was one, ONE female associate at checkout who made my horrible shopping experience less so. I really should have walked out the moment that I walked in, locked eyes with this older Asian man, who I’ve later found out to be one of the owners , he looked me dead in my eyes, didn’t smile, didn’t speak, no welcoming into his store at all. Just unpleasant face then went back to his phone. That alone left a horrible taste in my mouth. My daughter and I go on to look for hair for her style. Mind you, This store is huge. Both a good and bad thing. But unfortunately for me, my injury makes walking a bit difficult after a while and prolonged standing. So

The men who work here are rude and liars. They talked to me as if I was stupid and couldn’t read. And, mind you they could barely speak English themselves. When I pointed out that they were falsely advertising things that were not on sale they literally gave me the most nonsensical explanation I’ve ever heard in my entire life. You couldn’t pay me to ever set foot in that store again.

I visited GF Beauty for the first time Saturday, 06/21/2025. I was impressed upon entering the store. It was bright, clean, very organized and well stocked. I browsed the various sections and was able to find most of the irems on my list. However, when I couldn't locate an item, Nancy, assisted me. She was the sweetest young lady. She also made some recommendations when I wasn't sure about some items. Then, when I went to checkout, I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a 10% discount on all my purchases. The discount will continue for a few week. The prices were very reasonable too. I plan to be a returning customer.

I am giving this store a 5 star. I am very happy of the location. Chery this girl is amazing she helps every time with my questions her advice are 100% right. the 30% off my whole order was great. thank you Chery for your help. I will keep coming back for sure.

Really nice store! Huge and very organized! I have everything for your beauty needs. I just wish that they had more options for blonde or colored hair as for human hair ponytail extensions.
