If I could give Myajah negative stars, I would. Terrible Service. Not Professional in the least. I asked for a traditional sew in, was given low quality hair and an even worse installation. Tracks began slipping in less than 2 weeks, braids showing in front and back. When i took the hair down I have patches now from how she decided to tangle my hair with the threads to ‘sew them in’. When contacted Myajah, after spending 436$ on her services, she sent me back 50$ and told me to go elsewhere to get my hair done. I have pictures of the entire process. I do plan to sue. If you love your hair, don’t visit this business!!!!! She didn’t seem to care that I have been a returning customer, there was no empathy for what she did to my hair, how it made me feel, or how it made me look for my mom’s bi

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO ! As soon as I walked in it felt very homely. The service was not only professional but on point. Myajah is very seasoned and knows what she doing and you’ll get exactly what you want. My son is very tender headed and does not like when I braid his hair! So I’m glad I found this stylist because my son and nephew got exactly what they wanted plus ( pain free ) lol 😉

Going to Myajah’s is not just about getting a re-twist for my locks. It’s a full-on spa like experience. Not only does she know how to take care of my locks, but she also provides top-notch customer service. She is super professional, friendly, and down right amazing! I will be going to her for years to come!

My experience today at the salon was amazing! The location is great and once I walked inside I immediately felt “at home! Myajah, the owner did a wonderful job on my Loc retwist/style, and she shared every step of what she was doing to my hair! I am thrilled that I found “Get your Glam On” in Fishtown! My hair is feeling fresh and so clean! 💕 This place is now my new salon!

Highly recommend Get Your Glam On! I am very tender headed with thick hair and Myajah was so gentle and quick with braiding my hair. She was able to fit me in same day (🙏🏾) and, honestly, it was a very relaxing experience. She offers refreshments and snacks and in general is very kind. Thank you Myajah, I’ll def be back!
