Got an acrylic manicure and received exactly what I asked for! Love the atmosphere and the service. Best salon in the area

I recently had a not so great experience at this nail salon. I went in to get acrylic manicure and gel pedicure and the pedicure was amazing I loved it the problem was the manicure that I got. I got French tips were uneven, thick, clumpy, and see-through – the worst nails I’ve ever had. The nail technician also left in a hurry before I even had the chance to pay, clearly rushing through the job, which explains the disappointing outcome. On top of that they felt it was right to charge me $75. I told them that my nails were not anywhere close to being $75 and they promised a redo the next day, the results were still not the best but over all much better. After the redo (which they gave me the same technician), my nails were still see through on one side with one hand having 3 coats and the o

The worst waxing experience I’ve ever had, the entire process took over 1.5hrs and the waxing technician still managed to miss half the hairs on one entire leg - on the areas she did manage to wax there was still patches of hair everywhere and also ripped my skin. The technician appeared not to have a clue how to wax she was struggling to remove the wax strips from my legs. At $100 this service was extremely overpriced I definitely would not recommend going here unless you want to be ripped off and your skin ripped off too. - I was also left with my legs covered in talc powder excess wax and oil with took me two showers to remove.
