Get Nail'd

I love this place. I get gel manicures and the classic pedicures. There’s always a movie in the background. Sometimes i get acrylics too. They could have more colors but i always find something i can work with. Vibes are strong

This is my go-to nail spot in Chicago! Minh and Diana are both so talented and careful (and I am sure the whole team is too) taking time to make sure that my nails look flawless and exactly like I’d hope, and they’re always so friendly. They really go the extra mile! I’ve had no chip and dip manicures and pedicures and the results are exceptional and very long lasting. Prices are fair and the product speaks for itself! I’ll definitely continue coming back.

Do not bother making an appt online because they said they don’t even check and requested I call instead next time. They failed to tell me when agreeing to do both mine and my friends nails that only one girl there could do fills, so I sat there waiting for someone to come do my nails and only once she was almost done did they say she was the only girl who could also do my nails, which I didn’t even feel like doing at that point because I didn’t want her to have to wait for me too. She said she could do them fast but who wants their nail tech to rush?! So only my friend got hers done and I left with the same nails but actually worse because they chipped off some of the paint when I first walked in to confirm it was actually acrylic. They also made her bleed.

I would highly NOT recommend going here. Myself and a friend made an appointment and when we got there were told they don’t look at appointments. Getting my nails she cut me pretty badly and did not address that she did this. When I addressed it she did not apologize and then blamed me saying “because you moved.” Then my friend sat and waited and was not told that she had to wait until I was done, as there were other nail techs available not with clients. The other nails are poorly done. I would not go here.
