Georgia Spa Company

We purchased a HotSpring tub a couple years ago and have had trouble getting it in balance ever since. The new owners based out of North Atlanta have been very responsive and being a level of knowledge and expertise to the company that is much appreciated. They've educated us on techniques and tips and answered questions to help us solve some issues. The spa expert Merritt took time to walk us through some things and was superb to work with.

Reconnecting our hot tub after a home renovation... We discovered we had a leak. The technician (Jeff) was very knowledgeable and thorough.... He found the culprit and showed us pictures. The next step is for us to hear back as to whether this can be sufficiently repaired or not. So far this company has been professional and efficient and I look forward to their follow up.

We bought a Caldera Spa from GA Spa. We had to get some repairs and Jeff came out very fast and fixed the issue. Originally I was told it could take up to a week or more since it had to go through warrranty but they definitely went above and beyond to get it fixed in a few days.

The price of products went way up. Before georgia, spa company took it over, I was paying 89 dollars for a salt water cartridge for my hot springs hot tub. I just bought one today with the new company and it 139 dollars. Big difference.

Friendly people but out of stock on many items I needed. Bought a 2 lb bottle of Soa Guard chlorine for $42.00 which I thought was high. I checked with Amazon where I could have bought it for 30% less and had it delivered next day for free. Dec 9 : Since my original post, the VP of operations visited the store and totally agreed with my assessment in a call he made to me. My continued relationship will be directly proportional to their price adjustments.
