Georgia Oral and Facial Reconstructive Surgery

Waited a week in pain for surgery, only to be rescheduled by text the day before. When I called, the manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero empathy. I had already taken time off and was treated like I was the inconvenience. Canceled my appointment and would not recommend this office.

Dr. Khan and his back team staff were phenomenal surgery went well with no pain after. However, the front office staff was terrible. They were uninformed; they gave misleading information and overall were not helpful. I was told my insurance would cover 50% of the extraction and 50% anesthesia the day of the visit, which is also when I found out this office uses IV sedation instead of gas. I was asked to $466 upfront + the 3% service fee for using a card, to which I paid $480 upfront. When my insurance sent the explanation of benefits I was charged more than was, I was supposed to pay, this is when I found out after calling multiples of time and being ignored, that I was charged $85 for every 15 mins I was "supposedly" under anesthesia (mind you I paid upfront), and I was charged $310 for

I think these bad reviews are just misplaced rage. I had two wisdom teeth removed yesterday. No pain then or today. Have not had to touch pain meds. Showed up around 10:20 A.M. for my 10:30 A.M. appointment. I was in the back waiting room with an IV by 10:35 A.M., I was getting in vehicle to leave around 11:30 A.M. and the price was acceptable. I drove 1.5 hours from Warner Robins because surgeons here wanted around $2000 and wouldn't accept my insurance. This place was under $600 without insurance. Would definitely make the drive again.

Thank you for taking care of my wisdom teeth! Staff was prompt and facility was clean. Also, thank you for NOT blowing my veins with the IV, since just a month ago I was pricked 9 times at a hospital trying to get an IV in me so getting it in the first time was a relief. Will recommend!

8 months after surgery and still dealing with an over payment. At this point I feel like their billing dept is dodging my calls.
