I spoke with Najat on the phone, who was surprisingly curt and almost domineering, even when relaying something as basic as their address. At one point, I had to stop her and let her know that her demeanor was rather unprofessional from a customer service standpoint, at which point she tried to soften her tone slightly. I have owned several businesses for the past 25 years, and if any of our employees spoke to a customer with even a hint of hostility, they would receive customer service etiquette retraining at a bare minimum. These women are incredibly knowledgeable, successful and professional in their respective fields (anatomy, massage techniques, biology, chemistry, professional standards, etc). Just graduated today and I could not have been more happy than to have choosen this school to educate me in this field.
