I paid $80 for a dead-end trim and straight-back braids with my NATURAL HAIR .The only positive part of the appointment was the trim, which was done by the owner.The person who washed and braided my hair was not the person I communicated with, had an attitude from the start, and was rough while washing my hair. My braids did not go straight back, had little to no product, were frizzy, and started coming out the same night.After I raised my concerns, I was offered a discounted service for my sister: 2 braids for $40. My sister showed a specific style, it was approved, and the result was still incorrect. One braid sits noticeably higher than the other and does not match, making the style look uneven and poorly done.This was an issue of poor execution and lack of quality control. The services

First i’ll say Genuine Luxury Beauty Salon is very convenient for me! It’s close by where i live and also down the street from my father’s whenever i go and stay there. I appreciated the services, hospitality, quality, and quickness of both employees that were present. The price is very reasonable and affordable and i’ll be coming back again and sharing the news about the Salon
