Jeimy is AMAZING. She brought my hair back to dark perfectly and somehow gave me the exact haircut I’ve been dreaming of. I left feeling like myself again, which is honestly the best feeling. The salon was pretty busy, but I never felt rushed or ignored. Everyone was attentive, communicative, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Jeimy really listened and executed everything flawlessly. I can’t recommend her enough.

When I first came to Genesis I was nervous about switching salons, but from my first consultation, I felt completely cared for. The team is warm, professional, and highly knowledgeable about ingredients. They clearly explain how each product benefits my scalp and hair and the results have been incredible. My chronic dryness and itchiness have improved and my hair feels stronger and healthier with every visit. My stylist Kevin always does an amazing job and knows exactly how to bring out the best in my hair whether it is a flexi rod set, twist out, or silk press. I also love that the stylists work with a variety of hair types and make everyone feel welcome. I got my blonde balayage done today by Gloria, and I couldn't be happier! She was so honest about what was achievable for my hair and really took the time to explain everything, recommend products, and show me different options. I'II admit I'm pretty picky and it's hard for me to trust hairstylists because of bad experiences in the past, but she completely changed that for me. I'm so glad I decided to come here my hair looks amazing and I feel so much better about making the change. I also really appreciate Ray, the owner, for being so kind and constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. The whole team, including the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this salon if you're looking for a place that truly cares about their clients!

My hair has never looked so good! I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Gloria and with how friendly the whole staff is. The owner was very welcoming and you can tell he loves what he does. This is the second time I’ve gone to Gloria and both experiences have been great! I have a lot of issues with my hair and Gloria made me feel like she really cared about my hair’s health and my hair goals. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other hairstylists and it doesn’t help that I also have social anxiety but Gloria made me feel comfortable with her and she has shown me that I can trust her with my hair, my hair went from dry and dull to soft and shiny. I got a haircut with Ray and it was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgable and let me know a routine to follow to maintain my hair and make it better. Loved it so much and will be a regular customer now! 10/10
