Avoid this salon. I wanted to like it and your nails do look nice initially. However I started having issues with my acrylics separating off. I got a new set as recommended although it hadn’t been that long, and now approx 2 months later they are separating off again. One nail is about to fall off. And when I called explaining this asking for an appointment the immediately started to say they can’t be responsible. I did not ask for any type of free work. Then the answer became that they didn’t have anyone available to do acrylics the next day. Again, despite this being absurd the nails are falling off I did not asked for free work, and the response as rude with changing answers. Should be fine for just gel. And again the work looks nice. I have been getting gel manicures here for almost 3 years and they take such good care of me! Always happy with my results and they hold up well between visits. I go in every 3-5 weeks and have been able to grow my nails out super long since I started going here. They are gentle with the removal process which I think helps maintain the health of my nails

This was the worst pedicure and eyebrow wax I’ve ever received. I have a wedding tomorrow and wanted to look nice. The pedicure felt rushed and my toenails aren’t even polished all the way. They also aren’t even cleaned up. The eyebrow wax looks like I didn’t even get my eyebrows waxed. I’m so upset bc I tipped the lady that did my toes $20 and when I got home I saw how bad my toes looked. So disappointed wouldn’t recommend or return. I usually don’t leave reviews nonetheless bad ones but I felt completely cheated. I hate to say it but I feel as though when you’re black they treat you differently which is extremely unfair because I pay and tip. Would never return or recommend this place to anybody.

So bad I’m disputing the charge. They are rude and their work isn’t good enough for the attitude within one week I had to come back to get my nails fixed once because they literally caught on fire when I was lighting my birthday candles (this was my $125 gift to myself ) the lady was very fast and rude that time and clearly didn’t do A good job because now I have had to go elsewhere and spend $55 to fix their mistakes. Both pinkie nails since that first repair have now popped off like PRESS ONS Went in to try and get it fixed they laughed amongst themselves and then told me they did a “good job” and it was my fault. Shame because I would have gone every two weeks .. I work in this industry I try to be fair with my reviews but after $200+ and the way they spoke with me I can’t not disp

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. The technician gave me an open wound by ripping off some skin in my big toe to the point where I was actively bleeding and didn’t even say sorry. I was trying to write some emails and not make a big fuss but then she also put nail polish remover on the wound as if she didn’t just make me bleed then looked at me crazy as to why I’m flinching. Still no sorry at all. I should not have paid for my pedicure, and I regret that I didn’t make a big deal out of it (I was trying to do this between things and didn’t want to be bothered) but my toe still hurts. It’s actually still bleeding. I want a refund and I even tipped her.
