Website showing the stylist’s pictures and experience level was what made me choose their salon. Bree was the stylist assigned to me; supposedly highly experienced and certified in Bellami hair extensions of course; that’s the only brand they use. I had the K tips recommended by her on my consultation appointment so I trusted her knowledge and went ahead and ordered the very expensive hair $500+ Went back to get the k tips placed and even though I wasn’t too impressed because no blending with my bio blunt hair was done she styled it and after everything was done my hair looked just ok. The amount I paid after that was $1200 for k tips placement, color matching and a few highlight's on my crown area and some hidden fees I wasn’t aware off etc etc… in the next three days I couldn’t stand

Sydney is amazing at K-tips extensions. I’ve had them done three times now and every install has been flawless. They blend perfectly, feel lightweight, and last beautifully. She’s consistent, detail-oriented, and truly knows her craft. She always takes her time to make sure everything looks natural and customized to my hair. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with my results. Highly recommend!🤍

I have visited several salons trying to go from long hair to a short cut with disappointment each time. I visited Genesis and left feeling the same way. I called the next day and spoke with the owner and she stated she had been waiting for my call. She already had a sense that I wasn't feeling great about the finish after consulting with her girls. She invited me to come back in and took the time to start the correction herself at no charge. She was gracious and accommodating! I have since returned and left grinning like a Cheshire Cat! This is an exceptional salon that values their clients and reputation. I will be a loyal new customer for the future!

Ruby is the absolute best!!! She made my hair vision come to life and made me feel like the best version myself again! She is super personable and very attention to detail. Conversations were so easy with her and she listened to all of my needs. Would absolutely recommend Ruby to anyone❤️
