Not located in the greatest area, hidden in a tiny little strip center. Super tiny little shop.. think itty bitty video store back in the day. Wasn't all that impressed until I was greeted with outstanding customer service by this gal that seemed very knowledgeable about any product I asked about! Very friendly, attentive and before I knew it, I was leaving with not only what I had been looking for but also some other stuff she sold me on! They carry mostly hair related merchandise versus a beauty supply that carries merchandise for hair, nails and skin etc.

Once again I went in and Ellora was kind, helpful and the best part is she is completely honest! She will not just sell a wig to sell it. She told me three weeks ago she had a new wig for me. I went in and the one she suggested I bought! Thank you for always making my transaction with you calm, fun, easy and not to mention your prices are outstanding! Because of you I feel confident with my new hair styles with the amazing wigs you carry!

Mack's advice was spot on. I'll be back and I'm bringing my daughter with me. We'll also return to the beauty shop as well.

My husband accidentally got me a kid’s length of hair, which I understand is our fault but I am very disappointed that the woman at the store refused to let me exchange for the correct length even though I made it back up there within an hour of purchase to try to get the correct item. The item was unopened and undamaged. She knew exactly what had happened and knew it was a mistake, but still wouldn’t do it. The selection of braiding hair there is small and the reason all the confusion with braiding hair length happened in the first place is because they didn’t have the Spetra brand, which is what I was actually looking for. The sizing for X-pressions (what they had) is apparently different. In the least, the exchange policy should have been clearly expressed before purchase.
