Genesis Beauty Palace

She overbooked clients when i last went there. I had an appointment for 2:30PM and didnt get in a chair until 3:40PM. She was taking people who walked in after me, had me waiting over an hour after a scheduled an appointment. I went there once before and got the same service, the second time i went, she overcharged me. I still tipped because i wasnt sure but i went back in my charges and realized she charged me an extra $10 for the same service I got last time. Very disappointing. Wont be back again.

This is a review from my wife who has been a client at Genesis Beauty Palace. Since I do not have an account I felt the need to post on my husbands page. 5 stars in not enough for this salon. From the second you walk in the door, you are treated like family. Judith & Nancy treat each client with such professionalism, respect and the love they have for people shows when the service is done. I have been a client for years and my hair was damaged from another salon. Judith helped me with suggestions and not only is my hair looking amazing, my curls were brought back to life!! Her daughter Judith did my first-ever hair extensions, and it was such a beautiful experience. I felt beautiful, confident, and renewed. Nancy is phenomenal! From my very first haircut with her, she was incredibly easy to communicate with and showed a lot of patience. I wanted to transition from red hair back to blonde highlights, and she even tested a small section of my hair to see how it would turn out. Fast forward to my appointment—she did my highlights even better than I expected! For years, I searched for someone truly talented who could do an amazing job with highlights, and I’m so happy I found Nancy. She’ll be taking care of my hair from now on. Highly recommend her!
