I’m sorry but my hair broke off because of them. Minerva was no in that day so another stylist relaxed my hair. Within weeks my hair started breaking off smh. I think my hair was over processed. Im not going back there.

I rated this Genesis Hair Salon a 2 because the owner was very unprofessional. I was introduced to this place by my cousin she brought me to her hair stylist Marva and I must say that Manerva is is the best hairstylist in the shop she has some magical hands, she should have her own shop. I got a wash and set I was very satisfied Manerva wrote out the slip for $30 dollars I was paying with my Debit card and the owner who's name I never knew changed the price and said it was forty dollars , and I said who charges $40 dollars for a wash and set why are you always changing your prices where is the sign this is very unprofessional and the owner told me that Manerva took 45 minutes to blow my hair out which is a lie because I have a short cut she was making all these excuses trying to justify w

They did me so absolutely dirty, I am never coming back again. They were super unprofessional and they completly ignored my reference photos and my comments about how id like my hair to be cut. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I WOULD.

Love this place!! Kina has been doing my hair since I was a teenager and I’m 42 years old now . Will never go anywhere else. Clean , professional and top notch beauticians
