Got my first haircut in Marathon here. Debbie's touch is so soft her hands felt like a breeze in hair and on my skin. The cut is exactly what I asked for. I am definitely coming back here again!

She did a great job. I havent been this pleased with a haircut in about 15 years. She actually pays attention to what you are asking for instead of assuming she already knows. She is a great conversationalist and her customer service is impeccable. Also her secretary keeps you entertainded if waiting in the lobby

I was given a gift certificate to get nails done was scheduled an appointment for Thursday Tori cancelled for her daughter having an issue but really was doing a make over for someone else. She told me she would give me an appointment Friday and then said she didn't write me in and her mother filled my spot. She refused to take responsibility for her actions and then threatened to call the police. She refused to reschedule anyone else for someone who had already paid for the services and already had an appointment.

Walked in an hour before closing time. Only needed a quick fix for a haircut I had got somewhere else. I was turned away because the owner "had her grandchildren over" and did not have the time even though it was an hour before posted closing time. I went somewhere else instead, they wouldn't charge me because it took so little time. This owner on the other hand turned me away.
