Gene Juarez Salon & Skincare - River Park Square

Incredibly disappointed. I paid $84 (including tip) for what was basically a quick trim and hair wash. I was super excited to get an expensive haircut, but left wondering what she even did. I did say that I’m wanting to grow my hair out, but wanted it cleaned up and the uneven parts blended in. As you can see it’s still a mess in the back and incredibly uneven. I also asked for my neck to be a low fade (taper) multiple times, but as you can see that didn’t happen. In fact, you can see uneven lines on the side in one of the pics, and my neckline does not look clean at all. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, my stylist was very sweet and friendly, and gave great advice on how to style my hair. I’m just bummed that I spent almost $100 on a haircut that I was really looking forward to,

Beautiful New Salon + Amazing Service! I had such a great experience at the new Gene Juarez Salon in River Park Square! I came in for two express services and left feeling completely refreshed. Erin gave me an incredible facial—she’s so knowledgeable and walked me through every step. My skin was literally glowing when I left. Then I had a blowout with Cori, who took her time with a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage, then styled my hair beautifully with curls that lasted all day. I felt totally pampered and ready to take on the day. Highly recommend this salon—I’ll definitely be back!

Such an amazing haircut! Chandra is wonderful, she is upbeat , cheerful and most importantly… she listens and asks questions about your hair and how mush time you spend on your hair. I’m a wash & wear , no additional fussing. This is a perfect cut. It falls beautifully and is soooo easy to take care of. This is the second time Chandra has cut my hair and it’s just as good as the first time. She is a perfectionist. Best haircuts ever!!!

I’m so happy Gene Juarez opened a salon in Spokane! I used to go to their locations on the west side and always loved the experience, so I was thrilled to find that same level of excellence here. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful! so clean, modern, and relaxing and everyone is so welcoming. Chandra is incredible! She really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions based on my super thick, sometimes difficult hair. She clearly knows her stuff and took the time to style it perfectly. I left feeling amazing and so confident. I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t recommend her enough!

First of all, I love how central this location is and it looks and feels so classy inside. All the staff greeting me and going in and out have been super warm and friendly. I have only gone to Megan Z and she is an amazing and caring hair stylist. I love how my hair looks every time I go. I feel rejuvenated! I recommend the signature blowout + kerastase treatment. My hair feels and looks so thick after I use the treatment and I am usually skeptical about those kind of products, haha. I also have brought my own clip-in extensions for a blowout and style, which Megan is awesome at and I am so grateful she is willing to do. I highly recommend Megan!
