Customer service skills suck not too nice at all not to mention they dont want you getting your own stuff you have to call them from behind the counter to get it for you … not to mention the young lady following you around the entire time as if youre gonna steal something from there

I’ve been shopping here since staff opened their business and I can safely say the best beauty supply in Canada. That’s the best prices and they have the most knowledgeable employees and they have a caring attitude.

More interested in their pet bird that’s in the store than helping customers .

This place sucks. I have been going here since they opened. I had recommended them to everyone I know. I went in this place today to grab a pack of lashes. I took some off of the display and proceeded to the register. I was told BY THE OWNER “Why didn’t you ask for help with that. You are not suppose to touch any lashes without someone helping you” I proceed to tell him “I can buy them somewhere else if it is a problem.” He tells me “OK”. So I leave. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is in the hood and unsafe. I will never spend my money here again. I will be traveling to the other Beauty Supply at the end of Loyola. They have BETTER customer service and a BIGGER Selection.
