She made me feel completely comfortable and never judged — just genuinely welcoming and kind. The location is clean, inviting, and beautiful, which made it easy to relax. Desiree walked me through every step, explaining what she was doing and why, and offered great recommendations without ever being pushy. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing — honestly a break I didn’t even realize I needed. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and excited to come back.
