Gem Nails

Having been a loyal customer since the day they opened, and having referred many, many people to Gem Nails, this review is hard to write but also necessary. My last appointment ever at Gem Nails was a little over 3 weeks ago. For years, I had been going to Tracy to get my nails done. That all changed about 6 months ago when Tracy decided to stop speaking to me during our appointments and when I would ask her questions about my nails, her answers were short and rude. After a few appointments like this, I decided to try out other nail techs there. I had previously gone to Louis who I loved but decided to change to Tracy when I felt Louis’s work had become rushed and not as good as it had been previously, although I still think he’s wonderful. Tracy always does an incredible job on my nails! She is so meticulous with her work and she takes her time to make sure my nails look flawless. I always leave the salon happy when I see Tracy. The salon itself is clean and has a lot of great gel colors to choose from. It’s really easy to make an appointment online. I don’t always have time to get my nails done but when I do I will gladly keep coming to Gem Nails!

I have visited this nail salon a couple of times now, and I have to say they do amazing work! I've had two different nail techs (Larry, and I can't remember the lady's name) they are so friendly and very talented! I highly recommend this place. They also did such a great job on my 6yr old daughters nails for her birthday.

Gem nails is my go to salon. All of the staff are extremely friendly and talented. They have lots of availability so there's not long wait times. Got these cute Halloween nails from Tammy today

One of the worst experiences I've had and reminded me why I no longer get my nails done. I called this place because someone recommended them. I asked if they autoclave their tools and I was lied to because when I got there the tools were not in autoclave packaging and they seem to use barbicide instead from what I could tell. They put me between two couples when they had chairs at the end, but instead put me where I had to sit between these couples on valentines day. The staff were talking about a woman who was leaving and mocking her as well as saying mean things when all she was saying was that she was happy with how her nails came out. it was very clear they could care less about how they were speaking, or making their customers feel comfortable or welcome in any real way.
