What a terrible experience. I made an appointment to get a full set of gel nails and a polish. I arrived a few minutes early stating I had an appointment at 10 am (which is way to early for me, but I made it) I told the lady who I had a hard time understanding, I had an appointment to get a full set of gel nails and a polish, at least 3 times. She gave me polish choices, never said I could pick more than one. Then filed and polished my nails. The color doesn't even cover my whole nail on some. This all took 15 minutes. She charged me $40, at which time I presented a certificate for $60. My plan was to pay the difference plus a tip. So she got a $20 tip for not doing want I wanted. Came in as a walk in as I promised my daughter gymnastic nails. 💅 They figured out how to make our nail stickers work, since they involved water and cutting them out and momma didn't have time to figure out that. My daughter is so excited to have her dream nails done. Thank you.

It was so nice on my tight schedule to walk in without an appointment and get excellent as well as fast service! First visit I got my sparkle gray Pedi then came back the next day for a structured gel mani! Next time I’d love to get a GelX mani 💅 Thank you so much! Great new business in Libby! Very clean! Great customer service! There was even a miscommunication about the price and Sandy was very understanding and generous. 10 out of 10! Thnx for making my feet look and feel amazing! I highly recommend the Deluxe pedicure!
