I absolutely love this salon. My mother & I have been coming here for years, neither of us has ever had a bad experience. The entire staff is extremely welcoming, and the salon is a very comfortable environment. I always come in for a full set & always walk out with a huge smile. I love bringing my friends to this salon so they can experience it as well. Tien is absolutely amazing with intricate designs & will make sure you leave 100% SATISFIED. Depending on the day, wait times are never bad. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for my service to begin, even on busiest days. I am always greeted the second I walk in by multiple warm faces. I personally always call before hand and see how busy they are, and they'll totally work with you to find the perfect technician and time for you! I

I am so happy with my pink and white set! I arrived as a walk in about an hour and half before closing, I did wait an hour but honestly I’m from Florida and would of waited 2 hours where I’m from, plus I was happily in a much needed massage chair! My nail tech was apologetic about the wait, which I didn’t mind. And she was so gentle, in fl they don’t care if it hurts or you bleed. But She was so soft handed and delicate. Also, I usually have a lot of pressure in my nail bed after a manicure but I have none! I will absolutely be back in the future especially because I can walk from my house. It’s 10 min so I can get some exercise instead of driving! Thank you Gel Nails and Spa! I’ll see you again in like 2-3 weeks for a full and pedicure!

I’d give 0 if I could. This was my second time going and both times my nails were rushed poorly shaped and poorly cleaned. They only cater to a certain crowd. Each time I’ve noticed that. My sister went first and she was displeased with the treatment at the door. So she decided to leave. Too high of prices to treat people anyway. And was hassled for a tip. Which I didn’t pay. I told her she rushed and she wasn’t getting a dime.

Excellent! They are one of the only places that has gel x nail techs available and were able to see me the same day! Tein was my tech and she was very attentive and good at her work. Actually chatted with me during my gel x manicure, I’m not used to that but it was welcomed and not too much chatter. Plus my nails look amazing! I’m very pleased with this place and highly recommend them for gel x nails.

Omg gorgeous, perfect, stunning. Got these for my wedding!! I feel so bad, it took forever but they came out absolutely perfect! They went above and beyond what I was hoping for when I showed a pic. The closed hand pic is a week later, still look perfect!! Amazing service for a super reasonable price given the great quality
