I went in for my daughter's birthday to get her nails done and mine as well. Her nails came out Amazing, the guy did a great job! Mine were crap, when I walked out I noticed the acrylic was stuck to my skin and it literally ripped the skin off. I went back in to have it fixed and she filed them a little and said that was it. The are uneven, lifting up, discolored, and just bad work. I would not recommend that place to anyone unless the guy can do your nails! The 1st 3 pic were day of and the other one is today just 7 days later!

When I was originally referred to Gel Nails. I was super pleased. At the time I was only receiving pedicures which I love. I then began to get my nails done. The first time was great. I was serviced by a tech named Venice and she was so excellent. She however was not available the last 2 times I went so I opted for other techs. The pics below were taken immediately after being serviced. The peach set was my first set and the owner did offer to fix them once I showed her the pics. When I complained about the second set I was again offered to come back in for a fix at no charge. However, given my most recent experiences I wanted to instead receive a refund for the nails because any upstanding business would not charge for this and allow clients to leave with their nails in this condition.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Gel Nails. I appreciated how clean and neat the salon was. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Michael got started on my pedicure right away. He listened to the concerns I had about previous salons with compassion and care. He did my gel x set just the way i had hoped. I would def go again

Annie is amazing and so talented! I called the shop last minute to schedule an appointment ( my first ever appointment at this location) and she was able to fit me in. I walked in there with the mindset that I wanted my acrylic set taken off and a new put on. Annie convinced me that she could fix all of my concerns without having to do that. She fixed the shape she extended the length perfectly she made my nails solid though they are not thick and chunky looking, which is great. When I tell you there is nothing about my finished look and quality that I would change I mean that!! In my 20 years of getting acrylics I have never been 100% satisfied with my service and the quality of my nails. And it's a plus that she has a beautiful personality and is so kind. I haven’t been here in a year but i went here a week ago because it was last minute and this is the last shop i had ever went too since moving from the northside. I can’t remember why i stopped going but i think i know now. After leaving the shop it hasn’t even been a week and thumb nail already broke and other nail lifting (reason for the bandage). In my opinion and experience they use cheap materials, my nails should still be intact after a week. I work in an office and my job doesn’t require a lot of hand movement. If you go here be ready to lose a few nails in a few days.
