WOW! I don't know if I'll be able to do Dr McNamara justice in this review. Being someone that has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years and having worked on the trauma from my past, I thought my body was doing ok. Ok, until perimenopause and long-haul hit me and I was brought into the pit of hell. Dr McNamara's quantum chiropractic sessions are like nothing I've experienced, and I've tried almost everything! The healing and well being from time with her is remarkable! I love her belief that it's an inside job, and we aren't broken. Creating awareness and learning to let go and being open is soooo freeing! I cannot thank you enough! I love my visits and your amazing energy and light you bring into this world. It has taken me many months to be able to put my healing experience into words. My life changed in one afternoon. Trauma I didn’t even realize existed was released. The hurt, pain, and shame, I had held onto for so many years was set free in a peaceful, safe space. My goal leading up to our session was to “get the old me back”. But that girl no longer exists. The brave woman who left that session was reborn with an abundance of love, light, and yearning for a life of fulfillment I could have never imagined.
