Terrible experience. I walked in for a consultation they told me they took my insurance. I went in for the procedure and when I came out, they asked me I was overdue for a teeth cleaning, and it was included in insurance, so then went in for that. But then after a week they called and said I owed 3500 for everything because they did not take my insurance. I was taking some time to contact my insurance and they bombarded me with calls, threatening me to pay as soon as possible. Worst experience of my life. I had to pay fully out of pocket because they wouldn’t stop threatening me and harassing me with calls.

The experience started when I walked in and there was calming music playing! Everyone in the office is sooo nice and makes you feel so comfortable! From sitting in the chair until the minute I left they reassured me all they were doing while cleaning my teeth, making sure I was comfortable the whole time! Doc took the time to explain the final exams he was doing and his findings! Great dental experience and my teeth are shining!!!

I went for an implant and an opinion. Took time to fill out so many forms including my address and social. At no point did Julie (rude secretary) tell me it would be an $800 consultation fee! That was very unprofessional and a waste of time. She never mentioned it. It was a trap just for me to come and charge me $800 for absolutely nothing. I didn’t even see a dentist! I have never paid any fee for a dentist to tell me something. Usually they check you and advise what you need done so that then you can choose what you want to do. $800!!! Rip offs!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !

I first started seeing Dr. Borker for a recurring gum pain issue that my old dentist couldn’t help me with for years. Dr. Borker solved my problem on my first visit and I have been coming back ever since. Dr. Borker and all the staff in the office are always so kind and helpful. They are very accommodating towards my busy schedule and always manage to see me, whether for a regular cleaning or a specific issue.

My family have been patients of Dr. Borker since he opened his dental practice years ago. We continued to have Dr. Borker attend our dental needs even after having moved from Cranford to Manchester in south Jersey several years ago. Dr. Borker has always been up front with the necessary costs required for whatever dental health issues were necessary. He has been honest and professional with us. When you find someone you like and treats you fairly, then you continue to give your dental needs to that doctor. Doctor Borker is that dentist. Arthur Hensler and Family
