I've been to multiple salons but nothing beats this place. They do a phenomenal job everytime and the price is reasonable too. Other salons chatter double or even triple and are not even as good as this place. It's a long drive I'm willing to take to get the best service and results! Best balayage results! Took my mom for a haircut this morning, and we were both incredibly impressed with the quality of service! Priscilla was absolutely fantastic—her attention to detail and level of expertise really stood out. It was also a huge plus that she speaks Spanish, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and convenient for my mom. Thank you to the whole team—we’ll definitely be back!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Priscilla, one of the best hair washers at Gary Charles. Not only does she give the best head massages, she can style curly hair ! Priscilla took the time putting product in my hair and making sure when I left my hair was super curly! She provided friendly tips and offered products . She wasn’t pushy but sincere. Thank you for always going above and beyond everytime I sit in your chair! I will definitely be back !

I went here as a walk in on Saturday ( my first mistake)for a bang trim and layers. My hair WAS long and needed the ends trimmed and the layers were grown out. I showed the stylist how much I wanted cut off, and told her to use her professional opinion on the layers ( my second mistake). I could tell as she was going through the back of my head something was definitely wrong, by the expression on her face. She definitely cut off way more hair than I wanted so i assumed that was it. I told her it was OK but i needed it flat ironed because it was so frizzy ( she put no product on it before blow drying). She curled it with the flat iron so the LARGE chunk of hair she butchered and that was missing from the back of my head was hidden. Mind you this was late Saturday and they were closing up wh

My hair was botched from a trim! I asked for one even length, no layers, and three inches off the end. I have medium length hair, so this was not a tremendous length off the end. I asked to have my curtain bangs trimmed as well, they are now two different lengths. I didn't notice my haircut was botched until I put my hair into a ponytail, and its all different lengths! I am highly disappointed and paid too much money to be this upset. I have been coming to this salon since I was a child, and this was extremely disappointing after many great appointments.
